The Bulk Post tool allows you to generate multiple articles in a single batch. This is perfect for creating topic clusters or filling a content calendar quickly.
Step 1: Start a Bulk Campaign
- Navigate to Content in the left sidebar.
- Click the + Post button in the top right corner.
- Select Bulk Post from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Campaign Basics
Set up the container for your posts.
- Campaign Name: Give your batch a name (e.g., “Q1 SEO Strategy”).
- Description / Purpose: (Optional) Add internal notes about the goal of this campaign.
- Number of Posts: Enter the total number of articles you want to generate in this batch.
Step 3: Core Settings
- Content Language: Select the language for all posts in this batch.
- Status: Choose the publishing status:
- Draft: Saves all posts for review.
- Published: Warning: Immediately publishes all posts to your site upon completion.
- Scheduled: Sets a specific date/time for the batch to go live.
Step 4: Strategy & Keywords
- Keywords: Enter the list of keywords you want to target.
- Purpose: Briefly explain the goal (e.g., “Rank for local plumbing services”).
- Content Type: Choose the format:
- Blog, Guide, Comparison, Pillar Page, or Review.
- Target Intent: Informational, Commercial, or Transactional.
- Target Audience: Describe who you are writing for.
Step 5: Tone & Specifics
- Tone: Select the writing style (Professional, Conversational, Analytical, Neutral).
- Word Count Range: Standard is 2000 words per post.
- Reference Region: Select the target country for local context.
- Title List: (Optional) If you have specific headlines you want to use, enter them here. If left blank, the AI will generate optimized titles based on your keywords.
- Featured Image: Upload a default image to be used for these posts.
Step 6: Advanced Options
Click the Advanced Options dropdown to enable specific structural elements for every post in the batch:
- Include H2/H3 Headings: Ensures structured formatting.
- Add Q&A Section: Appends a FAQ section to every post.
- Bullet Point Summary: Adds a summary at the start of the articles.
- Citations / References: Includes external links/sources.
- Auto-Optimize SEO Fields: Automatically generates Meta Titles and Descriptions.
Step 7: Generate Campaign
- Click Generate.
- You will be redirected to the Campaign View.
- Here, you will see a loading screen listing all your posts as they are being generated one by one.
