Welcome to Contenvo<\/b> (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform at app.contenvo.com<\/b> or our website at contenvo.com<\/b> (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).<\/p>

Contenvo is a SaaS platform that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content and insights for websites. Users can connect their websites to the Service via API to automate content creation and publishing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Account Registration and Security<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.1 Eligibility<\/h3>

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.<\/p>

3.2 Account Security<\/h3>

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account password.<\/p>

3.3 API Key Responsibility<\/h3>

This is critical:<\/b> You are solely responsible for the security of the API keys or tokens you generate or use to connect your website to Contenvo.<\/p>

  • You must keep your API keys secret.<\/p><\/li>

  • Contenvo is not liable for any unauthorized posts, data loss, or damages resulting from a leaked or stolen API key associated with your account.<\/p><\/li>

  • If you suspect your API key has been compromised, you must regenerate it immediately and notify us.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4.1 Pricing Plans<\/h3>

    Contenvo offers various subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Pro+, Agency). Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change with prior notice.<\/p>

    4.2 Payments<\/h3>

    Payments are processed securely via Stripe<\/b>. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees (monthly or yearly) automatically until you cancel.<\/p>

    You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.<\/p>

    5.2 No Refunds for Partial Use<\/h3>

    We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused years of service, except where required by law.<\/p>

    5.3 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)<\/h3>

    Please read carefully:<\/b> Under EU Consumer Law, consumers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content provided immediately. By subscribing to Contenvo and accessing the Service immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.<\/p><\/li>

    2. Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.<\/p><\/li>

    3. Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.<\/p><\/li>

    4. Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.

      We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these rules.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      8.1 AI “Hallucinations” and Accuracy<\/h3>

      Contenvo uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that AI is not perfect.<\/b><\/p>

      • The Service may generate incorrect, offensive, or nonsensical information (“hallucinations”).<\/p><\/li>

      • You are the Editor-in-Chief:<\/b> It is your sole responsibility to review, fact-check, and edit all content before it is published to your live website.<\/p><\/li>

      • Contenvo is not liable for any reputational damage, SEO penalties, or legal issues resulting from content published via our Service.

        8.2 Limitation of Liability<\/h3>

        To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (Dutch Law), Contenvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill).
