The AI Post tool is designed for quality. It allows you to generate a single, highly detailed article with full control over SEO, tone, and structure.
Step 1: Start a New Post
- Navigeer naar Inhoud in de linkerzijbalk.
- Click the + Post button in the top right corner.
- Select AI Post from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Basic Configuration
Fill in the core details of your article:
- Title: Enter the H1 title of your post.
- Inhoud Taal: Select the language you want the content generated in.
- Status: Kies de publicatiestatus:
- Ontwerp: Saves the post in Contenvo for you to review later.
- Gepubliceerd: Waarschuwing: This will immediately publish the post to your connected website.
- Gepland: A date field will appear. Select the exact date and time you want the post to go live.
Step 3: SEO & Strategy
Tell the AI exactly what to rank for and how to structure the content:
- Primary Keyword: The main keyword you want this blog to rank for.
- Secondary Keyword: (Optional) Additional keywords to include in the text.
- Type inhoud: Choose the format that fits your goal:
- Blog, Gids, Vergelijking, Pijlerpagina of Recensie.
- Doel Bedoeling:
- Informational: Educating the reader (How-to guides).
- Commercial: Comparing products or services.
- Transactional: Driving a sale or sign-up.
Step 4: Voice & Audience
- Doelgroep: Describe who this article is for (e.g., “Small Business Owners,” “Marketing Managers,” “First-time Homebuyers”).
- Toon: Select the writing style:
- Professional, Conversational, Analytical, or Neutral.
- Word Count: The standard length is 2000 woorden, but you can adjust this if needed.
Step 5: Context & Media
- Referentiegebied: Select the target country/region (helps with local spelling and context).
- Brand Name: Enter your brand name so the AI refers to your company correctly.
- Uitgelichte afbeelding: Upload an image here if you want it to be the main header image on your website.
Stap 6: Geavanceerde opties
Klik op de Geavanceerde opties dropdown to fine-tune the output. Check the boxes to enable:
- Voeg H2/H3-koppen toe: Ensures a structured, easy-to-read layout.
- Vraag en antwoord sectie toevoegen: Adds a “Frequently Asked Questions” section at the bottom (great for SEO snippets).
- Samenvatting: Adds a key takeaways list at the start.
- Citaten / Referenties: Includes external sources/links for credibility.
- SEO velden automatisch optimaliseren: Automatically generates the Meta Title and Description.
Step 7: Generate
- Review your settings one last time.
- Klik op de genereren button.
- You will see a loading screen while the AI researches, writes, and formats your post. This usually takes 60–90 seconds.
Volgende stap: Once the loading finishes, you will be taken to the Redacteur where you can review and polish the text.
